Information and Help Desk An information centre can be found in the central ticket area (tel: 317 487 7243; TDD: 317 487 5151).
Airport Facilities Money and phone: ATMs and a bureau de change are available on the upper level. Telephones can be found throughout the terminal. Eating and drinking: There is a wide variety of full-service and fast-food restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the food court, which sell US, Mexican, French and Asian cuisine. There are also restaurants, snack bars, fast-food outlets, coffee shops and bars on the concourses. Shopping: The airport offers numerous retail outlets, including a bookshop, sunglasses shop, leather goods shop and sweet shop, located on the upper level food court and retail area; newsagents and gift shops can be found on each concourse. Luggage services: Baggage reclaim can be found on the lower level of the terminal. There is also a luggage delivery service available on the lower level (Arrivals). Other facilities: The airport also offers game rooms, a barber shop, shoe shine, and a petrol station, situated within the airport grounds, with petrol pumps, a food shop, a fast-food outlet and car wash.
Conference and Business Facilities A board room for hire is available at the airport (tel: 317 487 7243). A club room is offered by the US Airways; it is located on concourse D. Conference rooms and business traveler facilities are available at the Holiday Inn Select Indianapolis Airport (tel: 317 244 6861), located within the airport grounds. It offers a full business centre, equipped with PC, printing, fax and photocopying, as well as 15 meeting rooms accommodating up to 670 people. Audiovisual equipment and videoconferencing are also available. The Radisson Hotel Indianapolis Airport (tel: 317 244 3361) offers 11 meeting rooms, a grand ballroom, four rooms for small gatherings, an executive boardroom seating 14, and parlour suite meeting rooms. Telephones throughout the terminal are equipped with fax machines and data ports for Internet connections.
Disabled Facilities Ramps and elevators can be found throughout the terminal and concourses. TDD telephones and disabled toilets and telephones are also available. Assistance with wheelchairs can be sought from the information centre, from individual airlines themselves or from Skycaps check-in porters. It is advisable for passengers requiring special assistance that they inform their airline prior to travel. Parking for disabled passengers is also available.
